You agree that all payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated or completed unless otherwise agreed upon.

Intellectual Property

All work produced by Designs Pact remains the intellectual property of Designs Pact until the final payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership of the work produced is transferred to you, unless otherwise stated. Designs Pact retains the right to use any work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes, unless explicitly prohibited by contract.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Compliance with Laws: You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Content Ownership: You agree that you have the necessary rights to use any content you provide to Designs Pact, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and trademarks.
Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your account, and you must immediately notify Designs Pact of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
